How to use Dave AI

Dave AI brings AI resources and practical guides into one library. The directory is organized by resource format, field of work and intended platform.

01

Find a resource.

Search by what you want to do, or browse a category. Prompts work in a chat. Skills are reusable instructions for compatible coding agents.

02

Customize a prompt.

On a prompt page, fill in the optional input fields and copy the finished instructions. Paste them into your preferred AI tool. Your field values stay in your browser.

03

Install a skill.

Choose a listed compatible agent (including Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenClaw) and your shell. Copy the install command and run it from your project directory (or active OpenClaw workspace), or download the ZIP and extract it into the appropriate skills folder.

04

Save resources.

Save resources with the bookmark button. Saved items live in this browser, with no account required. Share a resource using its page link, or submit one for review.

What can I find here?

The library has sections for models, tools, agents, skills, prompts, workflows, MCP servers, datasets, benchmarks, learning, research papers, and compute hosting. Each section shows its actual published count. Formats without imported resources have an explicit empty state.

Model, dataset and hosting records will provide reference information and access to their original providers. A reference entry does not mean Dave AI hosts the files or runs the service.

What does “install” mean?

Skill packages contain a SKILL.md instruction file and the supporting files and notices supplied with that resource. The install command downloads and extracts the complete package. The starter skills include no executable scripts and do not automatically run tasks. Your agent uses its own tools, permissions, and model access.

The shell commands require an internet connection. macOS/Linux instructions use curl and unzip; Windows instructions use PowerShell. Reload your agent after installation if it does not discover the new skill immediately.

Free to browse. Free to use.

No account is needed to search, copy, or download. Dave AI does not run AI models on your behalf. Your chosen AI service may have its own subscription or usage costs. Our original starter catalog is available under the MIT license; contributed resources display their own license and source.
